  • After each home watch visit, we provide a detailed report with timestamp photos and GPS verified visit documentation so you know exactly when your property was checked and what was observed during the visit. These reports are sent via email and/or text message.

  • Our services are ideal for vacation homes, second homes, short-term rentals, seasonal residence, homeowners traveling for extended vacations, and anyone who leaves their property unattended for periods of time.

  • Each visit is tailored to the property, but may include checking for signs of water intrusion, HVAC concerns, storm damage, security issues, power outages, leaks, pest activity, exterior concerns, and other visible problems that could lead to a larger issue if left unnoticed.

  • Visit frequency is determined based on your needs and agreed upon in advance. Homes may be checked monthly or more frequently depending on your needs.

  • Yes. We offer one-time visits, storm checks, pre-arrival visits, post-departure checks and customized service schedules depending on your needs.

  • If we identify a concern while, we will notify you promptly and help you coordinate next steps.

    Depending on the situation, we may assist you with emergency response, vendor coordination, or property repairs.

  • While no service can guarantee prevention of all damage, routine property checks can help identify issues early before they become larger and more expensive problems.

  • We can provide visual checks and notify you of any obvious concerns, and provide coordination with your pool or spa maintenance provider.

    We do not perform chemical balancing, repairs, or mechanical services.

  • Yes. We regularly work with vacation homeowners and short-term rental properties to help keep homes maintained, monitored and guest ready.

  • Yes. In addition to Home watch services, we also offer lawn care, property repairs, maintenance support, and general property care services.

  • We may be able to assist with outdoor livestock and farm animal care on a limited basis, depending on the property and needs. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

  • We accept cash, check, ACH, Cash app and Venmo.

    Credit card payments are accepted with an added 5% fee.

  • We primarily service our local region of North Georgia and Western North Carolina. For properties outside our standard service area, availability and pricing may vary.
